Returns

The User-Buyer will have a period of fourteen (14) business days to withdraw from the purchase contract without incurring any penalties or costs (excluding the costs of returning the products). In the case of clearly customized products, there will be no right of withdrawal.

The 14-day period set out in the previous paragraph will be counted from the receipt by the buyer of the goods purchased by the buyer or by a third party designated by them. However, if the buyer became aware of the right of withdrawal after the receipt of the purchased goods, the 14-day period will begin to count from the date the buyer became aware of their right to return the goods at their expense. In any case, it will be understood that the buyer has known about the right of withdrawal from the moment they enter the store, which requires reading and accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Contract, and in any case from the moment the order is placed.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement sent by letter via postal mail or by email to Tienda Bodegas Latúe, Camino de la Esperilla 0, 45810 – Villanueva de Alcardete, Toledo, Spain, or to the email address web@latue.com. The products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, without having been opened.

The customer should include their name, full address, phone number, fax number (if applicable), and email address. They must also specify the order number provided at the time of purchase.

The returns of the products should be sent to the Bodegas Latúe address at Camino de la Esperilla 0, Villanueva de Alcardete, Toledo, Spain.

Once the buyer has exercised the right of withdrawal, Bodegas Latúe – San Isidro, S.C.C-LM will refund the amounts received by crediting the payment method, without any withholding, immediately and in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the withdrawal communication. However, Bodegas Latúe may retain the refund until the goods are received and it is verified that the withdrawal conditions are met.

The return costs for orders where the right of withdrawal has been exercised will be borne by the customer.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in cases where, due to the nature of the content of the services, it is impossible to carry out, without prejudice to claiming damages, or when the returned goods or their packaging are not complete and/or in perfect condition.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal communication, after receiving the goods and verifying that the conditions for withdrawal are met.

We will proceed to make this refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any cost as a result of the refund. We will retain the refund until we have received the goods and verified that the conditions for withdrawal are met.

Without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the end of that period.

Return Costs

We will cover the return costs of the goods in case of breakage, inaccuracies in the order, or any error on our part in delivering the order. To prove that one of the aforementioned issues has occurred, you must send photographic evidence of the problem to the store’s email address: web@latue.com.

The customer will be responsible for the direct return cost of the goods if they choose voluntary withdrawal.

Returns After the Withdrawal Period

Once the voluntary withdrawal period has passed, no voluntary returns, either total or partial, of the order will be accepted.

Return cases due to shipping issues.

In the event that the order arrives damaged, in poor condition, or if the ordered items do not correspond to the ones delivered, we will take responsibility for sending a new shipment to replace the incorrect or broken items. The costs of this shipment will be free of charge.

You must report the issue/error within 7 calendar days after receiving the order.

Partial returns of an order (due to breakage, order inaccuracies, or any error on our part) will result in a refund for the price of the product or products that were actually returned.
