Environmental Policy

The senior management of San Isidro S.C.C-LM – Bodegas Latúe, a company dedicated to the blending, aging, and filtration of red, rosé, and white still wines, white and rosé sparkling wines (sparkling wines and carbonated sparkling wines), partially fermented musts, and wine-based flavored beverages bottled in glass, as well as packaged in bag-in-box, bag-in-keg, and in bulk, bulk white and red musts, is aware of the need to balance the satisfaction of customer quality requirements with the utmost respect for the environment, and therefore commits to orienting all its activities toward achieving the following principles:

  • Seek customer and stakeholder satisfaction regarding all aspects of our activities and their environmental impact.

  • Establish objectives, goals, and programs focused on the evaluation and review of performance in quality and environmental matters.

  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and other requirements voluntarily subscribed to, as well as the commitments made with customers and all regulations related to the activity of Bodegas Latúe.

  • Bodegas Latúe is committed to developing training plans that promote preparation, motivation, and respect for quality, the environment, and the safety of employees, as well as fostering the technical competence of staff to participate in the continuous improvement of relevant company processes.

  • Analyze and establish processes to prevent and minimize negative environmental impacts resulting from our activities, keeping these aspects within the appropriate values for the continuous improvement of the quality and environmental system, thereby improving environmental performance and ensuring sustainable development.

  • Provide the necessary resources for the proper development of activities, production levels, and organizational objectives.

  • Guarantee an analysis of risks and opportunities that may continuously affect the processes defined by the organization, implementing appropriate improvements in each case based on the established results.

  • Establish quality and environmental management objectives in a way that benefits the quality of the products and services provided to customers, within the framework of sustainable resource use and environmental protection.
